Hey there, I’m Branden Cline. I’m 41 and have been a resident of Fairfield almost my entire life. I started working in the oil industry when I was 17 and worked for almost 15 years before the oil market bottomed out in 2014. Work was slow, leading me to start Undercut Tree Service in 2015. It was a pivotal moment going from employee to employer, but it was worth it. Most importantly, I finally got to spend more time with my family.                                      My daughters are Caydence and Laney Cline, who I’ve been blessed to raise for the past 14 years. I’ve learned a lot from them, and I’m hopeful they have instilled knowledge from me as well. Truthfully, I don’t know how my life would have turned out if it weren’t for them.                                                                                                    My journey hasn’t always been easy; I’ve faced challenges that led me down the wrong path and the opposite side of the law. However, those experiences became a turning point in my life and I realized that I needed to make significant changes to create a better future for myself and my children.                                                 In 2018 I got my real estate license and had the opportunity to work under another firm here in town for 6 years, I love it!  This field has not only allowed me to build a career but also to connect with people and help them find their dream homes. I’m excited to take the leap and start Outlaw Realty Group, my own real estate company.                                                                                                                                                                                  I believe that my unique life experiences, combined with my dedication and knowledge of the market, will enable me to provide exceptional service to my clients. I understand the importance of having a safe and loving home, and I want to help others achieve that same dream.
